Responsible Alcohol Serving Policy

  • We do not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21 years old.  

  • We do not serve alcohol to anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated already.  

  • We check the ID of everyone ordering alcohol, appearing under the age of 40 years old.  

  • No parent or other person may purchase alcoholic beverages for someone underaged in their party.

By Fulton County regulations, we only accept the following forms of identification:

  • Any State Driver’s License

  • Military Identification

  • Passport

  • State-Issued Identification card

Georgia treats non-alcoholic beer and wine the same as any other alcoholic beverage. As such, we cannot serve non-alcoholic beer and wine to those under 21 years of age.
